  1. Membership Eligibility
  
  Membership is open exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment. By joining Roger That BBQ Nation, you affirm you are at least 18 years old.

  Members agree to maintain respectful behavior at all Roger That BBQ events and locations, and in all interactions with staff and other members.
  
  Actions that negatively impact Roger That BBQ, its staff, members, business, or reputation—including harassment, fraud, disruption, or misuse of benefits—may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership, at the discretion of management.
  
  6. Limitation of Liability
  
  Roger That BBQ, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to membership or benefits. Liability for direct damages is limited to the total value of benefits received during the previous twelve (12) months.
  
  7. Termination of Membership
  
  Members may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice or utilizing online opt-out procedures.
  
  Roger That BBQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these terms or for conduct detrimental to the program or business.
  
  8. Changes to Policy
  
  Roger That BBQ may update or modify its membership program or these terms at any time. Notices of significant changes will be issued to members using the contact information provided.
  
  9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
  
  Any dispute relating to membership or these terms will be addressed first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Oregon.
  
  These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
  
  10. Acceptance of Terms
  
  By enrolling in Roger That BBQ Nation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these membership terms and conditions.
