Deposit Payment Schedule

A. Deposit Structure:
  1. 50% of the total contract price is due as a non-refundable deposit upon signing the contract to secure the date and services.
  2. An additional 25% of the total contract price is due one week before the event date.
  3. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of services.
B. Payment Schedule:
  1. Initial Deposit (50%): Due at contract signing.
  2. Second Payment (25%): Due one week before the event.
  3. Final Payment (25%): Due upon delivery.

Cancellation and Refunds:

All deposits and payments are subject to the Cancellation Policy outlined in the catering contract.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

  1. 30+ days before the event: Full refund of any payments made
  2. 15-29 days before the event: 50% of the total contract price retained, the remainder refunded
  3. 14 days or less before the event: No refund; full payment required
A. Late Payments:
  1. Late payments may result in canceling services and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
  2. Payments received after the due date may be charged a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.
